New York: Homeowners coverage offered in Bronx, Brooklyn, Nassau, New York, Queens, Staten Island, Suffolk and Westchester. Dwelling Fire coverage is offered in select areas.
New Jersey: Homeowners coverage offered statewide.
Louisiana: Homeowners coverage offered statewide.
South Carolina: Homeowners and Condo-owners offered statewide.
Texas: Homeowners coverage offered in South Texas.
Virginia: Homeowners coverage offered statewide.
Alaska: Homeowners coverage offered in Anchorage, Fairbanks North Star, Juneau, Kenai Peninsula and Matanuska Susitna.
How do I get insurance with Occidental?
If you live in a location where SageSure offers Occidental insurance (see above), contact a local agent and ask for Occidental Homeowners insurance through SageSure Insurance Managers.

How can I make a payment?
Make a fast, secure payment online at http://service.occidentalhomeowners.com.
To mail a payment, please send to: PO Box 415842, Boston, MA 02241-5768.
Your agent or broker can also accept payment over the phone or in person with your authorization.
How can I make a policy change?
