If you’ve experienced a loss, your first priority is staying safe. Once you’re out of harm’s way, take steps to lessen any damage. Then, report your loss as quickly as possible.
Submit your claim
The fastest way to report a claim is online at MySageSure.com. You may also call (866) 311-7243. When you file a claim, we’ll answer your questions, clarify the process and assign an adjuster.
Your loss is reviewed
Your adjuster will evaluate the loss. As part of this process, the adjuster will ask for any documentation you have (photos or receipts) and may conduct an inspection.
Your claim is resolved
After the evaluation, your adjuster will discuss your damages, policy coverages and provide an estimate for repairs. Your adjuster can also help you choose a reputable contractor. If your losses are covered, we’ll issue a payment.
