There was a bit of a communication issue regarding my homeowners policy. It was primarily related to the poor job of the inspector hired to inspect our property. She… did not document our pool was surrounded by a enclosure leading to us receiving a cancellation notice. After posting a negative review, I was contacted by Cathy Day from SageSure. Within a day she contacted the underwriters and cleared up the issue. I spoke with her today and the cancelation has been rescinded.
