Underwriting referral status updates
We now send notifications via email when an underwriting referral is approved or updated on one of your quotes. Status emails are sent directly to the binding agent when underwriting makes updates, reducing referral response time and saving you a phone call to customer service or checking the Agent Portal for referral updates. Just one more way we’re helping you do more in less time!
Digital quote proposals live in AK, CT, MS, NC, SC and VA; coming soon to AL, CA, FL, LA, MA, NJ, NY, TX
In addition to downloading a PDF of the quote proposal, you can now send your customers a digital quote. This online experience gives your customers a high-level overview of the quote along with explanations of coverages. You’ll enjoy more effective, efficient sales conversations as you’re able to make and share updates to the quote in real time.
Self-service property information updates in MySageSure
Policyholders can now request to update the following fields via MySageSure, our online customer portal:
- Roof year and type
- Security features (burglar and fire alarm)
All they have to do is log in to their account, navigate to the Property section and edit the applicable fields. Once the request has been submitted, CustomerCare@SageSure.com will email the policyholder and copy your ALC email address with next steps and supporting documentation requirements. From there, we will follow the standard policy endorsement process.
