Continuing to improve the claims experience

We’ve built an in-house claims department from the ground up. In less than a year, nearly 50 qualified claims professionals have been put in place, including a team of adjusters. Six leaders/senior leaders with more than 100 years of combined experience managing claims organizations for StateFarm, Allstate, Westfield, Tower Hill Insurance and USAA head this exceptional crew.

With people and processes in place, SageSure now has the ability to handle claims from start to finish for four carriers: FedNat, IAT, SURE and SafePort. We’ve made changes and improvements in the transition to managing our claims operations. Here’s a look at how our capabilities are impacting FNOL reporting, payment options and communication trends.
