SageSure continues to foster a culture of DEI
More than 125 employees participate in ERGs
For two years now, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council at SageSure has been in place working to create experiences and opportunities that foster belonging. In fact, 90% of employees at SageSure agree our culture prioritizes DEI.
At SageSure, we have four employee resource groups (ERGs) where members and allies come together to build connections and create opportunities that encourage inclusion. Recently, we hosted ERG interest week to encourage more employees to get involved with an ERG. As a result, membership increased by 25%.

We know an environment where different viewpoints, experiences and abilities can come together with understanding for a common purpose is how we get better as individuals, as a company and as an industry.
