      Access your policy and make fast, secure payments online anytime at www.MySageSure.com.

      To pay by check, please send your payment to: Federated National Insurance Company, PO Box 936153, Atlanta, GA 31193-6153.

      Your insurance agent can also accept your payment in person or over the phone.

      How can I make a policy change?
